Justin offered the free ride for Pasay City West High School students who ride LRT-1 going to Baclaran or EDSA station. The offer is implemented to help students to save their spending for LRT-1 ride to save their money to buy their goods due to fare hike implemented to all railway lines. The free ride runs from April 1 to November 28, 2023.

Background
In 2022, when the news appeared that fare hike in LRT systems are placed in 1st quarter of 2023. Justin decided to make an special offer to Pasay City West High School students, the free rides for LRT-1 that who ride the LRT-1 to Baclaran or EDSA will be free.As the fare hike are not be implemented, the program starts in April 1, 2023 until April 30, 2023. On April 27, 2023, two students were given a train ride for free by availing the free ride. After two students availed the free LRT-1 rides, the program extended its duration until May 15 and extended again till June 30.
On July 3, 2023, only few students are attending the Pasay City West High School so Justin marked asthe free ride program is ended in June 30.
On August 2, 2023, the fare hike was implemented. The fare from Libertad to Baclaran/EDSA is still ₱15, only stored value card does (from ₱12/13 to ₱15)
On August 23, 2023, he announced that the program will be started on August 29 until November 28, 2023 due to fare hike was implemented. Sadly, after the program ends, only two students were availed which is on April 27, 2023.
After few months, on March 4, 2024, Justin announced that the program will be implemented on March 5 to honor his classmate's birthday. After the song
Light Rail Transit Line 1went viral, the program is extended until someone has availed. Still no students are availed until today.
How to avail free ride
- Step 1 - you need to meet Justin at the given time and place provided.
- Step 2 - write your complete name, grade and section and station destination in the logbook.
- Step 3 - wait for some time to process your ticket without paying.
- Step 4 - get your ticket and enjoy your free ride.
There's no limit how many free rides do you want as long as you're a student of Pasay City West High School and going to Baclaran or EDSA from Libertad.

Free ride is offered by Justin. Do not tell tellers and staffs of LRT-1 if free ride is available because this offer can get from Justin.FAQ
