How to use?

Before using

To start using, you must grant location permission in your browser. The accuracy and status will be shown at top. Make sure that your area has GPS coverage.

Interface

• Current Date and Time: your current date and time, set by your device and your local location.
• Coordinates: your current position; only available when GPS was detected.
• Address: your current complete address where you're positioned on; only available when internet connection was established.
• Current Speed: your current speed between positions per second.
• Distance Traveled: only available during the record; your distance travelled from the place where you started recording and the end place where you ended recording.
• Top Speed: only available during the record; your fastest speed ever recorded.
• Average Speed: only available during the record; it calculates the distance travelled and time to get the average speed.
• Duration: only available during the record; the duration of your record.

Record and save

To save your current coordinates, click Save Current Coordinates and the text file will be downloaded to your device.

To record coordinates during your travel, click Start Recording. You can look the duration of the record on how you long you record it. To stop recording click Stop Recording and the text file will be downloaded. Since many devices and browsers doesn't support background running on web-based apps, you should use split screen or floating window or as long as the browser page is visible in the screen. Attempting to minimize the browser will result in gap during the record.
